It is the initiative program of Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India. This project was thought by Department of Agriculture, Himachal Pradesh. The objective of this project is to provide Advisory and Technical Support to Farmers on identification of disease and stress symptoms of crops and providing remedies through use of Mobile  Application.
